Refunds, cancellations & billing

Please read this section before you pay. It applies to website purchases (subscription plans and add-ons such as extra device slots).

• No refunds after order completion: Once a payment has been successfully completed, fees are generally non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual charges, one-time plan purchases, and one-time add-ons (for example extra device slots at €4.99 per slot). We do not offer a “cooling-off” return of fees for digital access that has been delivered or unlocked.
• Annual plans: Yearly subscriptions are billed for the full period in advance. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current annual period except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
• Recurring (subscribe) plans: You may turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account (dashboard / My subscription). You retain access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, access ends unless you purchase again.
• One-time plan purchases: You pay once for the stated access period. If you cancel the entitlement from your account, access for that plan may end immediately; unused time is not refunded.
• Extra device slots: Charged once per slot; no refund after successful payment.
• Payment provider: Charges appear via Stripe. Any statutory rights you may have under applicable law remain unaffected.

Limitations Of Liability

GSM Modem automatically collects and receives certain information from your computer or mobile device, including the activities you perform on our Website, the type of hardware and software you are using (for example, your operating system or browser), and information obtained from cookies. For example, each time you visit the Website or use the Services, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, access times, the web page from which you came, and the web page(s) you access.

When you first register for a GSM Modem account, and when you use the Services, we collect some Personal Information about you such as:

• The geographic area where you use your computer and mobile devices
• Your full name, username, email address, and other contact details
• A unique GSM Modem user ID (an alphanumeric string) assigned to you upon registration
• Optional information as part of your account profile
• Your IP Address and, when applicable, timestamp related to your consent and confirmation of consent
• Other information submitted by you or your organizational representatives via various methods

Terms And Conditions

Under no circumstances shall GSM Modem be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if GSM Modem or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

License & Use of Site Content

Content and materials on this site are owned by GSM Modem and are provided for your use in connection with our services. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our content, branding, or design for use on other sites or products without written permission. Our services help customers integrate GSM modem functionality, manage devices, and use the API in accordance with these terms.

Designer Membership And How It Applies

By using any of the Services, or submitting or collecting any Personal Information via the Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure, and use of your Personal Information in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the use of your Personal Information in these ways, please stop using the Services.
